Cheesy Cauliflower ala Vodka Sauce (MODIFIED)

Hey! Here’s a recipe I’ve come to love. This is a modified version of the recipe found here on I Breath I’m Hungry. The reason I modified it was to make it a whole meal đŸ™‚

Ingredients:

  • 1 container (16 oz bag), Green Giant Cauliflower Crumbles
  • 2 cup, Bertolli Vodka Sauce
  • 8 oz, 93/7 Ground Beef (Cooked!)
  • 2 Tbsp, Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp(s), Butter – Unsalted
  • 0.33 cup, Cheese – Parmesan, grated
  • 1 cup, Sargento 6 Cheese Italian Shredded Cheese (divided into 1/2 cups)
  • 1 tsp, Italian Seasoning
  • 0.50 tsp, Salt, table
  • 0.50 g, 1 tsp, Black Pepper – Ground

Instructions:

Preheat Oven to 375.
Combine all the ingredients (aside from 1/2 cup of shredded cheese) in a 7″x11″ casserole dish. Mix well. Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Bake for 20-25 min.
