  1. Hey I’ve been reading your goals and how your working out and dieting. I have some other ideas that have worked for many of the people I know in loosing weight fairly quickly. I lost 20lbs in 30 days if you want to chat about it with me is love to help you to reach your goals !

      • Lol you definitely don’t need to use any of that stuff maybe a shake if your into it. I personally used the 21 day fix extreme you can use a shake that goes with it but you don’t have too. The main thing that it does have is a fully portioned diet with a great exercise program that goes with it. I’m just sharing my experience with you because I struggled forever to loose all the weight after I had my son I was 200lbs at the time I had him. And before I had him I was active duty in the army and in awesome shape. I tried for like 4 months to loose the weight and nothing was working. My best friend had me try her 21 day fix and then I got my own the extreme version and the weight just like fell off in a month. I know that people are always pitching shit to people but I just want to help other people and share my success.

      • Yeah, I literally HATE the shakeology shakes. I’ve tried all of them. NOT FOR ME. I also tried Advocare and Designer Wey and some other protein powders. The only shake I really enjoyed was the Body By Vi shake….but it’s way too expensive with the add ins and what not when I can buy my all time favorite shake, pre-made, for 6.29 for 4 (Atkins Day Break Chocolate shakes) and sometimes on sale, LOL. No prep, no worrying about extra calories because of what I put in it and I love the taste.
