- Stick with clean eating – absolutely no cheats until Feb 19th!
- Break 210.
- Hit 199lbs by 6/30/17
Long Term Goals (6 Months or More!)
- Ride roller coasters at a BIG Amusement Park
- Throw out my “fat” clothes
- Go on a vacation and take pictures [myself, included].
