Saturday I stepped on the scale and it read 249.6 lbs. I didn’t workout Sunday, but I did Monday and Tuesday. My calories were on the higher side of my limit, so I wasn’t sure what to expect this weigh in…
250.4 lbs. Still a loss. Still under my goal, but I was hoping for an official 249….lol Honestly, I was hoping to hit a 25lb loss by our trip this weekend. But, hey, that was a bit aggressive. (And , on the Tmi front…I haven’t poo’d in a couple days…however, I finally went this afternoon….so, I bet if I step on that scale tomorrow, I’ll at least be 249!!
One amazing thing is that I keep shaving time off my 3 miles!! Today Inran 3 miles in 25:50!!!! Amazing!!
