I don’t have a lot to say today 🙂 I weighed in this morning and the scale read 258.0 exactly! That puts me down 1.2 pounds from last week! That means I’m also still under my weekly goal number by 3.4lbs 🙂 and 14.8lbs down from my starting point!
Low carb is still going pretty well. I ended Tuesday at 1420 calories and 32 net carbs – not too bad 🙂
My plan for today is an excellent workout and less than 35 net carbs!!
